Refund Policy

At Wren Wilde, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, we make it simple to return or exchange it. We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND TIMEFRAME

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

TYPES OF RETURNS

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Personal Preference Returns: If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In these cases, you must arrange your own return shipping label. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or additional processing fees for returns.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at support@wren-wilde.co.uk. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
  2. You will receive a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. For returns due to personal preference, drop off the package with a shipping carrier of your choice using your own shipping label.
  5. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Please retain your proof of shipment or tracking information until your refund has been fully processed.

Important Note: Returns are sent to our processing facility located in China. The specific return address will be provided by our customer service team when you receive your return authorization.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday through Friday). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, our customer service team is here to help make the process quick and easy. Simply reach out to us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These items are clearly identified as non-returnable on their respective product pages. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
